This Valentine's Day outfit is so beautiful! The top contains a crisscrossed ribbon back which adds class for that perfect photo moment. The white tutu is soft to touch and so full of tulle. The red shoes have a sweet embellishment, perched on top of a little white bow adding that little bit of bling that every little girl needs.
